I just got my cylinder head back from Randy Mann at http://fastmannracing.com/. I am very happy with what he has done. He did the works to the valves and everything. If you call him up he will explain everything he will do in great detail. He was very nice and had zero ego or attitude, he got the work done the day the cylinder arrived and got it right back in the mail with the proper shims installed and the needed head gaskets. Everything bolted right on and the bike fired right up. His work has done everything I wanted it to and then some. The bike always starts, idles forever, very reliable. And it runs much smoother with a noticeable increase in power. Call him up if your valves are giving you trouble.

We ended up at Tomahawk last Sunday – track was a mud pit, it broke my heart to take the bike out for the first ride in that slop but what r u gonna do? It's a dirtbike afterall
One thing I will say is I'm real glad I got that Pirelli on before hitting that track…..the Dunlop 739 would've been like riding on ice.
The suspension was everything I hoped for and more. Even the supercross track was a blast to ride and the forks didn't seem too soft they never bottomed out but I never really overjumped anything either. Out on the mx track, I was passing people left and right, mostly because they were not able to ride in the slop but somehow my bike was getting through pretty well. By about 3pm the track tightened up and was awesome but I was pretty much tired out by that point.
One thing I did notice was that a couple places on the track I had the 250F wound out in 5th and needed more speed. Also, the power is ok as long as you have it wound out but it takes some clutching and corner speed to keep it going. Gonna take some getting used to. Is there any power mod out there that is a good bang for the buck on these FI models?
Just wanted to say Thank You for the fine work you did on both my bikes. The suspension is unreal and the 450 motor is super fast.
How was your ride at Rocket? Was it muddy up there? Becky wanted to bring the kids down so that's why I ended up picking tmx. Let me know when you're going out again.
